We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join our team and provide technical support to our customers. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide technical advice and assistance. The Help Desk Analyst will also be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing customer service support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly.
- Maintain customer records and log all customer interactions.
- Provide detailed reports on customer interactions and resolutions.
- Assist customers with installation of hardware and software.
- Identify and document any recurring issues or trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
