Job Responsibilities:
- Leads the daily operations and contributes to the overall success of the Branch Office.
- Supervises, develops, and supports a team of highly engaged bankers and tellers.
- Works closely with commercial and mortgage lenders in sales and service, initiates business development and customer retention.
- Assists upper management in planning, implementing and monitoring branch goals.
- Performs all banker and teller duties such as opening new depository accounts and processing teller transactions.
Experience & Education:
- Minimum of 5 years in banking. Personal Banking and teller experience required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Consumer Lending skills preferred.
- Applicable college degree or equivalent work experience.
