The Coordinator position is located in our corporate offices in Newton, MA. PLEASE NOTE: OUR OFFICES ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION.

The Coordinator works as part of a team with responsibility for providing customer service to a wide range of internal and external customers within a busy clinical setting. Primary duties consist of:

Contacting patients and physician offices to obtain information
Creating and processing electronic patient charts for multiple sites (HEAVY DATA ENTRY)
Compiling and entering information into databases
Uploading information for electronic availability
Faxing information to physician offices
Participating in special projects

REQUIRED: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word
ACCURACY with data entry
STRONGLY PREFERRED: Customer service experience
Ability to quickly learn new software programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
Ability and desire to work independently and as part of a team
High School diploma REQUIRED; 2 – 4 year advanced degree preferable
