Ellingson Companies is currently seeking an Ag Drainage Surveyor to join our growing team. Surveyors design and layout Drainage Projects and assist with production and engineering, as needed. The main functions of this position are:

Stake out designed field drainage systems.

Operate RTK GPS and laser.

Draft survey maps and plans.

Operate ATV and backhoe.

Requirements

The ability to work hard while performing physically demanding work in the field – including standing/walking most of the day, kneeling, squatting, operating hand tools, etc.

Travel is required, but don t worry, we ll be paying for your hotel and you ll receive a generous per diem

A high school diploma, or equivalent, is required and one year of construction surveying experience is strongly preferred.
