DailyPay (a Series B funded fintech firm) is looking for a Business Development Team Lead to manage a team of sales development representatives, and generate qualified leads. You will act as an individual contributor as well as team lead, be responsible for the growth and optimization of DailyPay’s outbound efforts and ensure our message is always in line with our company brand.

Location: New York, NY, United States

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: $75,000-80,000 + commission

Desired Years of Experience: 2-5

What You Will Do:

  • You will become a DailyPay expert and brand ambassador, to effectively train and lead a team
  • You will deliver a customer-focused sales experience
  • You will hire, train, and manage a team of sales development professionals
  • You will develop & execute lead generation strategies to achieve team appointment goals
  • You will optimize outreach methods and copy to improve lead generation
  • You will coach and mentor your SDR team
  • You will master our prospecting tools to track and report on team wide and individual performance
  • You will attend external events to network and generate leads when needed

What You Bring To The Role:

  • You have 2-5 years of experience as a leading Senior SDR/BDR or managing a sales/business development team
  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University
  • You have experience training & supporting a sales team against individual & team quotas
  • You are comfortable with metric based reporting on individual and team-wide goals
  • You are goal-oriented and are able to align your time against multiple priorities
  • You are outgoing and can communicate easily with others. You are an expert at cold calling and emails
  • You are excited to build a team and be part of a fast growing company
  • You are very detail-oriented and possess strong interpersonal skills
  • You are a positive person, and an excellent communicator
  • You enjoy working in a fast paced environment, and you thrive in a space where you constantly enjoy reaching new levels of success
