Our Account Managers are the back bone of what we do here at RWS. They work with our clients on a daily basis with the mission of delivering consistently excellent customer service and helping our clients get the most out of our products.

A normal day can include training clients on how to use our tools, making simple HTML or CSS updates, designing promotional materials for client websites, hand coding basic website pages, and learning more than you can imagine on a team that dominates in our industry.

The Requirements
SERVICE SKILLS
Experienced in working with customers and delivering exceptional service.

HTML and CSS
Basic understanding of and experience with HTML and CSS.

PHOTOSHOP
Can design and edit basic web advertisements in Photoshop.

COMMUNICATION
Communicates professionally on paper, in person and over the phone.

WEB KNOWLEDGE
Understands the do's and dont's of operating a website.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver professional support to the retailers we serve
Train customers on how to use our proprietary tools
Complete design requests submitted by customers
Handle HTML & CSS requests for customer websites
Troubleshoot and problem solve general website and technical issues
Guide clients through web related questions and deliver sound advice

Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics is a bonus!
SALARY AND BENEFITS
$36,500/year
