Licensed Insurance Sales Representatives
Immediate opening for an insurance sales & service representative in a fun and successful Farmers Agency.
If you are Bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, and Cantonese) with P&C, Life & Health licenses.

Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate
insurance products and services
- Establish client relationships and follow up with customers as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to
inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, Coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim
submissions and billing clarification
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance
options
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day
Qualifications
Property & Casualty license - MUST HAVE
- Life & Health license (must be able to obtain 90 days after being hired)
- Insurance office experience
Benefits & Compensation
· $20 hourly + commission
· $22 hourly + commission if you are fully licensed (P&C & Life & Health)
· If you have worked before at a Farmer's insurance office, that will be a plus!
· Position offers the opportunity for quarterly/yearly sales incentives
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
