JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Achieve and exceed the personal sales goals
- Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the merchandises’ features and benefits to maximize the sales opportunity
- Responsible for client development beyond the initial transaction
- Maintain the housekeeping and visual standards of the store
- Assist in bi-annual inventory cycle
- Follow all store operational policies and procedures
- Client Book Management
- Responsible for ensuring an exemplary customer experience which includes, but not limited to: greeting, fitting, and assisting with meeting the customers’ needs and ensuring they experience the full breadth of our product lines
- Assist the Store Management team with non-selling operational tasks including: replenishing stock levels on the sales floor, maintaining the organization of the store stockroom, ensuring proper sales promotional setup of the store and maintenance of the sales floor and stockroom to create a neat, clean and well presented location
- Adaptable and available to support the scheduling needs of the business
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years retail experience
- Excellent organization skills
- Customer service skills
- Familiar with Excel, Word and Internet
- *Significant Luxury Sales and Clientele Experience*
