Manager / Director of Hardware Engineering
Cardinal Peak is seeking a talented, experienced Manager / Director of Hardware Engineering with at least 15 years of technical experience in PCB and FPGA design as well as management. You will collaborate directly with our partners, management team and developers to solve hard engineering problems so our clients can bring their innovations to market. We are seeking a talented, energetic hardware manager who will split their time between management(25%) and development(75%) activities .

Responsibilities:
You will lead and manage our hardware team composed of Electrical engineers with many years of experience in PCB design, FPGA, RF, PCB layout. You will also represent the hardware team in business development activities and will therefore have to demonstrate deep technical knowledge and problem solving skills in customer-facing settings.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- PCB and FPGA design experience
- Engineering management experience
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience IoT or home automation
- Experience with audio/video
- Experience with consultative/solution selling

Actual compensation offers to candidates may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. Salary Range: $135k-185k
