Job Description
We’re looking for a confident, adaptable team player who can work well independently within a specific region of the United States. Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and the ability to meet daily deadlines are a must. Willingness to cold-call, kick open doors and manage a region of geography all while building new relationships, meet new prospective customers while being highly approachable.

The candidate will manage and lead their region’s sales, lead, capture efforts for CyberSponse. The candidate will be selling CyberSponse’s Security Orchestration, Automation & Response Platform [SOAR] within the Cybersecurity industry. The candidate will support account growth strategy, have exceptional people skills, work ethic, and have in-depth customer knowledge with the ability to understand the customer mission and technical challenges where automation is needed.

CyberSponse is looking for is a self-starter who can take on many different roles in order to own and support the sales process for both inbound and outbound sales. Candidate must think strategically with attention to detail necessary to successfully bring deals to closure using sales engineers, support staff, executive management. Candidate must be very responsive to customers. Building brand recognition for our product is the key to our company’s success. As a member of our Sales and Business Development team, you will be on the frontline of generating excitement and demand for our unique software solutions while leading and partnering with other sales team members to this end. By identifying customer and prospect product requirements, qualifying sales opportunities, holding sales happy hour events, and building a pipeline of leads you will engage in prospect discussions and demonstrations. These efforts directly contribute to the company’s profitability and validating its place as a leader in the industry.

The candidate will need to establish key customer relationships, be known among Industry partners, and have outstanding personnel management and communication skills. The candidate will lead account planning, prioritization, pipeline development, key capture activities, and innovative sales lead development, competitive pricing, price-to-win, and brief leadership with their region’s performance on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities
Contribute as an individual salesperson for your region, expanding the presence of CyberSponse throughout your area.
Develop and pursue new sales leads in the front-end sales process.
Work closely with executive team members and sales engineers to move sales processes into signed/closed deals.
Increase sales in your market/region and benefit with big commissions.
Act as the “trusted vendor partner” with customers and work with select channel partners to hunt and close new business in your region.
Engage accounts and sell directly where reseller partners are not a viable option for certain customers.
Coordinate all aspects of the business relationship, be the face of the company to your customers
Work with and help direct activities of regional sales engineer (SE) Services new and existing accounts by shaping opportunities for the CyberSponse SOAR platform.
Establishes account presence by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.
Develop familiarity with security technologies from vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Cisco, Carbon Black, Crowdstrike, Mcafee, HPE, Fortinet, Symantec, FireEye, F5, Splunk but with an emphasis on the SOAR category of Cybersecurity.

Experience Qualifications:
BS/BA in Business, Communications, Marketing or Similar.
2+ years of Sales Experience.
Must be approachable, personable and kind-hearted.
Self-motivated and Self Directed with achieving a goal.
Must want to build a career and have the desire to succeed.

CyberSponse to provide tricks and trades to winning deals within the cybersecurity industry. (1 Day)
CyberSponse to sponsor regional events for each director for happy hours, social events; all methods to gain capture and lead attention. (ongoing)
CyberSponse to support each regional rep on training, education, demonstrations, customer interactions, and leadership development to ensure a mutual win-win for each regional director. (ongoing)
