SUMMARY:
The Transaction Coordinator, is responsible for a variety of administrative functions for our finance department, including serving as a resource to internal departments; monitoring, processing, and tracking payments, reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy, and completing duties related to the finance department, etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Serve as a resource to internal departments and contacts (i.e. office administrators, managers, etc.)
- Assist with processing accounts payable transactions, entering and processing bills, credit card entries, etc.
· Process all transaction-related activity, including closing transactions in the system, issuing commission statements, processing referrals, and handling agent issues and requests
- Review day to day escrow cash activities; researching checks and entering deposits into the system in a timely manner.
- Identify inadequate documentation prior to closings and processing payment
- Work closely with the finance team to provide management with accurate and timely information; respond to requests and inquiries as needed
- Track payments including E&O, SRES class payments and other agent reimbursable expenses
- Posting payments & invoices, managing issues, tracking rents and mortgage payments, and communicating with tenants, vendors, and management for all realty services and property management.
- Research outstanding checks and deposits
- Process relocation inventory property invoice payments and close out once relocation is no longer responsible for expenses.
- Monitor email communications, changes, and updates with transactions and process documents as needed
· Ensure compliance and review all paperwork
· Assist in implementing operational systems improvements, processes and policies to support seamless transactions
· Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate’s degree required, BS/BA preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
· Ability to provide support with regard to transaction related questions and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills can empathize, and easily establish rapport and build relationships with a variety of personalities
- Polished, poised, maintains grace under pressure and professional demeanor in person, over the phone, through email, and on social media
- Extremely organized and methodical; independently prioritize work and ensure orderly and timely workflow
- Strong attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
- Independent, responsible, self-starter who does not need micro-management
- Demonstrate a high level of accountability, initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills
