The purpose of this position is to provide primary oversight and support to the operation of a central supply department. This position will support central supply and disposition of materials to other unity in the TTUHSC sector for Mental Health Services as needed. Under general supervision performs skilled mechanical or analytical duties on various projects. May supervise subordinate employees.

Responsible to meet all procurement and documentation policy and procedures as set forth by TTUHSC, Managed Health Care, and the John T. Montford Unit.
Maintains records of supplies requested, procured, and distributed as deemed appropriate by supervisor(s).
Responsible for all purchasing, billing, and/or service documentation and questions to be forwarded to the accounting department or supervisor as appropriate.
Maintains adequate supply of stock items to ensure availability at all times including its employees and all of its activities; documenting, ordering, receiving, checking, stocking, and distributing supplies and equipment in an accurate and timely fashion.
Aids in provision of a daily courier service between Health Care System sites and vendors as necessary.

Assist in inventory monitoring and reconciliation as required by contract, standards, policy and procedures and/or supervisor(s).
