Minimum qualifications:
Experience in video game live operations for online console/PC games or mobile games.

Experience managing analytics dashboards and production plans across multiple projects and/or games.

Experience working in development and operations with large AAA projects.

Experience in project and stakeholder management.

Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience in product management/data analysis, working across cross-functional teams.

Experienced managing direct reports and external vendor relationships.

Ability to learn new systems and tools and drive/design improvements.

Ability to take initiative and build effective working relationships.

Excellent data analysis skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Create and manage Games as a Service live operations plans and analytics dashboards across numerous game titles.

Build and manage a live operations team of analysts and product managers to collaborate with producers and help execute with development teams on live titles.

Track milestones and progress across the entire portfolio of launched game projects live operations.

Develop process and documentation to improve live operations and games as a service development process across all projects.
