Responsibilities:
Building new MI report for internal departments
Compiling daily, weekly and monthly production report for distribution to department heads
Reviewing error reports to determine root cause
Capacity Models: Data collection for 3 internal departments
Monthly capacity model collation for all teams
Monthly MIS reports for productions
KPI/KRI validation for internal departments
Use data to understand business patterns and trends
Analyze internal and external data through quantitative research
Communicate findings to company through standard and ad hoc reports
Promote best practices in data analysis and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications:
Experience in business intelligence, analysis, or other related field
Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multitask

Required:
Excel experience with experience in Pivot Tables and V-Lookup

Preferred:
Experience with MS Access
Experience with Visual Basic
Bachelor’s degree
