SCAD seeks a Senior Director of Sales and Operations to help manage the efficiency and improve the effectiveness of SCADpro, the university’s in-house design studio and creative consultancy.
In this role, you will establish and track goals and performance objectives, analyze data and trends, assist in managing department budgets, and improve policies and procedures to maximize the processes, partnerships, and performance of collaboration-focused SCADpro staff across university locations. In addition, the director will drive sales, ensuring that the team meets or exceeds established revenue objectives. The Senior Director will be a leader in business-to-business sales techniques for the team and train staff on how to meet sales goals in challenging and changing business environments. Other special initiatives from the department or university may be assigned as needed. The ideal candidate should have management and extensive sales experience with complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, a results-oriented focus and assertive personality, and excellent organizational, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Terminal degree or more than five years of business experience
- Experience with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management service preferred
