Job Summary:
Interim HealthCare is seeking highly skilled, motivated and compassionate Physical Therapists (PT) to join our team. We are looking for both full-time and part-time physical therapists to provide home health services to patients in the Charlotte, and Greater Charlotte, NC areas as well as patients located in Rock Hill SC.. Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position ranges from $45 to $60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient medical history and develop personalized treatment plans
- Perform physical therapy techniques and modalities to treat patients with a variety of conditions and injuries
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Educate patients on exercises and activities to improve mobility and function
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Document patient progress and treatment notes according to company policies and procedures
- Continuously maintain knowledge of current physical therapy practices and techniques
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations and guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, conferences, and trainings as required
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when communicating with patients, family members, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Valid and current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of North Carolina
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a healthcare or outpatient setting
- CPR certification
- Excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of electronic medical records and documentation
- Demonstrated empathy and compassion for patients
- Must pass background check and drug screening
