We are currently seeking a self-motivated, energetic professional with experience using Microsoft Office, Timberline and operating a multi-line phone system. This position will provide support to the office manager and vice president of our branch office, as well as the sales professionals and field employees. The ideal individual will have excellent organizational skills and must be able to work under pressure at times and handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
High school graduate or GED is required to apply. Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required. Office experience is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task & prioritize work
Answer inbound phone calls and route as appropriate
