Wohlsen Construction, a top 400 ENR firm with over 125 years in the construction business is currently seeking a BIM Technician to help us get to the next level of technology use to drive efficiencies and reduce risk throughout the company.
What does a successful BIM Technician do on a daily basis?
Create 3D Models to support Preconstruction and pursuit efforts
Define, document, and create Revit families for use in modeling
Research VDC opportunities and solutions
Create VDC workflows and solutions

Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Support
Research & Development
How will you be measured?
Preconstruction modeling efforts
Marketing and pursuits modeling efforts
Ability to define, implement, & improve 3D modeling best practices

What are the key qualifications desired?
Architectural, Engineering, Construction, or Computer Science Bachelor’s degree or higher
CM-BIM Certification is a plus
2-8 years of experience in a similar role
Possess a general knowledge and competency of computer hardware and software
