Resonance Mental Health is a small private practice in NH focused on work/life balance in order to promote good care for our patients. We believe you must take care of yourself first in order to take care of others. You may work as much or as little as you want with a minimum of 20 hours of scheduled work a week. As a new employee, you would also have a say in the patients that are accepted into your caseload and the ability to specialize in the diagnoses that you are most passionate about. There is the possibility for this job to have in person added in the future when the office expands, but it is a remote position currently.
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, utilizing various therapeutic modalities. We are seeking an individual therapist for 1:1 sessions with patients.
**Duties:**
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine clients' needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy
- Offer crisis intervention and management when necessary
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the field
- Provide direct support and guidance to clients in need of behavioral management
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- State licensure as a Mental Health Therapist or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy and other therapeutic techniques
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
**Nice-to-Have Skills:**
- Experience in crisis intervention and management
- Knowledge of clinical research methodologies
- Direct support experience in mental health settings
- Expertise in behavior management techniques
