Aspire is hiring for a full-time Remodeling Professional to join our team! We’re looking for self-motivated individuals with experience and a working knowledge of kitchen and bath remodeling trades, a positive attitude, and a solid work ethic. Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and maintain the daily schedule of tasks throughout the course of a remodeling project.
- Arrive on time each day at the assigned location and work a full-time (40 hour) work week.
- Effective communication with customers throughout the course of the project.
- Supply all basic tools needed for remodeling projects. (The company will supply specialty tools.)
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Keep track of all equipment and supplies provided for projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for Successful Candidates:
- Complete a kitchen/bath remodel from start to finish on your own.
- 10 years Experience Preferred in all trades of kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from deconstruction through finishes.. Including tile, cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, plumbing, drywall, and light electrical.
- Familiar with tools and equipment necessary for remodeling tasks.
- Able to handle the physical workload and comfortably lift 50 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation to work sites within a 65-mile radius of our office in Grandview. A truck or van is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work efficiently, whether working independently or as part of a team.
- Able to prioritize and multitask.
