Position Summary

As the Global Director for Customer Success Enablement Programs you will drive the first 90 day experience for new Customer Success representatives joining DocuSign. Job one will be to accelerate ramp and maximize efficiency of the customer facing teams (ie. Professional services, Customer success architects) primarily through creation of both onboarding and ongoing programs. This will include the design and architecture of the overall program, training, content and metrics. You'll also collaborate with Segment leaders to determine expectations/objectives for their learning experience. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability and desire to perform hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves level that will help transform our Customer Success organization. You'll have spent time working with a growth-oriented SaaS teams and be competent in leading your own team.

This position is a People Manager and reports to Director, Global Strategic Programs.


  • Manage a team of enablement professionals
  • Collaborate and partner with senior leaders across customer success, sales, marketing, and product organizations
  • Provide messaging and programs for key initiatives from cross functional organizations or company led
  • Engage internal leaders & support staff to ensure employees are fully enabled to lead/sell/support DocuSign solutions
  • Ensure every employee understands key competencies to do their job successfully
  • Provide regular feedback to management on critical factors affecting the business or relationships
  • Forge strong DocuSign-internal relationships with key managers and support organizations
Basic Qualifications

  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
  • 10+ years of experience
Preferred Qualifications

  • Management experience within Field Enablement function
  • High-growth, pre-IPO and SaaS company experience a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Self-starter with great time management skills
