Pay Rate $15.50/hr.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer, direct and/or respond to all phone calls in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
  • Take telephone messages accurately and distribute regularly and in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Greet guests, and associates and clients, and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Set up training orientation and distribute hiring packets
  • File employee and client files
  • Assist administrative staff in day to day functions
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Maintain office image
  • Clean criminal background
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel skills required)

Requirements:

  • Great communicator in stressful situations
  • A positive, outgoing, professional personality
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good follow up skills
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and see projects through to completion
  • Ability to work efficiently
  • Experience working with the elderly highly desirable.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Professional in attitude and demeanor.
  • Good organizational skills and
  • Must be able to type at least 45+ wpm
  • Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be advanced in Microsoft Office Suite (there will be a test)
