Shy Creation Inc. is a leading jewelry brand, known for creating contemporary and elegant pieces. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Photo Asset Manager, with a strong background in graphic design, to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the jewelry industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the processing of all assets for newly released designs
2. Capturing on-figure photos and recording videos using a DSLR camera and iPhone camera.
3. Editing, tagging and naming all captured content.
4. Managing and coordinating with our photo studio on product photography of all new products. This will also include reviewing the work to ensure images are delivered within our requested style and quality guidelines.
5. Receiving and uploading all images of new designs to our database.
6. Tracking all samples across multiple departments.
7. Coordinating with our Web Department to notify them of seasonal product drops.
8. Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) for photo manipulation and designing graphics and visual content.
9. Designing and creating visually appealing marketing materials, including (but not limited to) brochures, training collateral, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
10. Working directly with the CEO and VP of sales to create presentations and pitch decks.
11. Working closely with our Marketing Coordinator to produce requested content to support marketing agendas.
12. Keeping track of multiple projects and moving deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a related field.

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Experience using an iPhone and professional camera for content creation.
- Background in the jewelry industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well independently and in a collaborative office environment.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Applicant must be tech savvy and comfortable using the latest trends in applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
