Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to roughly 50-100 users on Windows 7 or 10 workstations, Linux, Mac OS X , iPad, Apple TV, and laptops
  • Troubleshoot, Diagnose and repair PC hardware
  • Support and troubleshoot MS Office and various graphic applications
  • Provide end user training, as needed, in the use of computers, applications, hardware, and security practices
  • Support, maintain and troubleshoot printers
  • Provide support for company media system.
  • Manage users in Active Directory,
  • Manage phone extensions in VoIP phone system
  • Networking Troubleshooting


  • Microsoft Server 2008, 2012, 2016
  • MS Exchange Server 2013, 2016
  • Desktop Support including Microsoft Windows 10, 8, 7, Linux, Email configuration, printer, and PC troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of AD, DHCP, and GPO
  • Knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP, Network Security, Cisco / Linksys Switch. AP
  • Knowledge of VMs, Citrix, VMWare, Hyper-V
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite & Quick Books (a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (esp. Excel), Outlook, Access, Adobe Photoshop
  • Some programming knowledge a plus


  • Understanding HIPAA Regulations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a computer-related field Required
  • At least 1 years of help desk related experience
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Quick learner, capable of maintaining strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
  • High regard for confidentiality
  • Ability to multi-task and detail oriented
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work well within a group and independently
