Enthalpy Analytical, is part of the larger organization, Montrose Environmental Group, is comprised of over 8 laboratories servicing air, water, soil and tobacco testing. Regulations drive the need for our services, but our unique capabilities allow us to add value to clients beyond environmental compliance. For our families and communities, we strive to protect the air they breathe, the water they drink, and the soil on which they live

We are looking to hire an Extraction Lab Technician, entry level with a hourly rate of $17/hour. This individual will work out of our lab located in Berkeley, CA. The schedule for this position is 3:00pm-11:30pm

Job Duties:
  • Prepare soil and water samples for analysis using acids or solvents
  • Clean and set up laboratory glassware
  • Calibrate balances, volumetric glassware and dispensers
  • Prepare reagents and standards
  • Keep workstation clean and organized

  • BA/BS in a science-related field, Chemistry preferred
  • No experience necessary
  • Ability to work on your feet for the majority of the day
  • Must be able to work under strict deadlines in a production-oriented lab using various EPA methods
