Job Description:
Global Markets Risk Analytics (GMRA) Strategy & COO Team has an exciting opportunity for a Risk Analysis Specialist who will support various business control processes as well as strategic projects.

Coordinate and prepare materials for the monthly Business Control Forum or bi-monthly business review
Support operational excellence and process optimization across GMRA, through better usage of existing tools (e.g. Sharepoint, JIRA)
Support Financials Reporting: staffing, travel, real estate, consultancy costs
Coordinate and manage the resource onboarding process
Support GMRA’s information delivery strategy leveraging collaboration tools such as JIRA and SharePoint
Help develop reporting through JIRA dashboard

Required Qualifications:
Basic understanding of risk and/or traded products.
Excellent ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely.
Keen attention to detail and ability to follow through on requests.
Experience in using JIRA in an Enterprise Environment.
Thorough understanding of SharePoint concepts and capabilities (libraries, lists, workflows, content types, etc.)
Fill the knowledge/understanding gap between the central SharePoint admins and the broader content generation/management community in the business line

Strong technical skills, with experience with JIRA, Excel, PPT, Visio, SharePoint and Access.
Familiar with Office integrations, Inc. workflows for document versioning, review, approval, and publication
Experience using a range of standard site templates (Team Sites, Blogs, Community Sites)

Enterprise Role Overview:
Responsible for performing more complex analysis and is engaged in the development of modeling that maximizes profits and asset growth and minimizes credit and operating losses and other risk exposures. Provides analytical support on various product strategies to ensure company goals are met. Coordinates the production of performance reports for Senior mgt. Reviews and analyzes trends in current population distributions and recommends strategies. May participate in or develop more complex program models to extract data and use databases to provide statistical and financial modeling. Analyzes portfolio trends, concerning credit score cutoffs, loss trends, portfolio dynamics, and bureau scoring criteria. Will participate in the rollout of company-wide pilot programs developed as a result of programmed models. Duties primarily include the regular use of discretion and independent judgment. Programming experience such as SAS, SQL or Micro Strategy and Master's Degree or large data experience preferred. 2-5 year experience
