Samaritan's Purse is a non-denominational evangelical Christian organization providing spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world. For over 40 years, Samaritan's Purse has helped meet needs of people who are victims of war, poverty, natural disasters, disease, and famine with the purpose of sharing God's love through His Son, Jesus Christ.
We are currently seeking to fill a seasonal opportunity for a Recruiting Coordinator in our Human Resource Department . This Recruiting Coordinator will provide administrative and clerical support for the recruitment and hiring activities for up to 175 seasonal employees.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Completes required pre-employment screening.
Answers telephone inquiries, screens phone calls and responds to requests for information about employment opportunities.
Administer skills testing or other required candidate assessments as needed, and record results.
Reserves rooms for on-site interviews.
Prepare and present offer letter and onboarding under direction of the recruiter.
Communicate with new hire to ensure all required documentation and new hire forms are completed and received in preparation for employment
Assist candidates when they request additional information or status updates, whether via phone, email or in-person. Responds or escalates in a timely manner.
Assist with seasonal job fair.
Assist with seasonal hiring employment orientation.
Transition to Operation Christmas Processing Center and provide Human Resource support for seasonal associates for 3 – 4 weeks during Operation Christmas Child processing season.
Complete end-of-season reports, databases and information reconciliation as directed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and at least one year of related human resources, recruiting or administrative experience; or equivalent combination of training/education and experience.
