Pick-up ground litter, sort recyclables and empty outdoor and indoor recycling from all campus locations.
Minimum Qualifications Demonstrated ability to lift 30-50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift; ability to work independently; ability to walk and be on your feet through most of a six hour shift; ability to provide excellent customer service; be willing to handle various items of trash and have ability to work predominately outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. The position will require working occasional weekends and as needed for inclement weather. Applicants must be at least 19 years old with a valid driver's license and must have possessed a valid driver's license for a minimum of 24 months total; must have the ability to drive safely and responsibly in a campus environment; and have ability to use a golf cart style vehicle and/or pick-up truck with mirror backing in tight, crowded spaces.
Special Requirements Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check. These are part-time wage positions working an average of 29 hours per week over the course of a calendar year with no benefits.
