· Knowledge of initial disclosures with the ability to walk your client through a package
· Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, and VA, Jumbo mortgages
· Previous consumer direct lending experience
· A self-starter, goal-oriented individual who is focused on providing the highest level of customer service for our clients and real estate partners
· Demonstrated excellent communication
· Computer skills with the ability to learn to use our technology stack
· Very positive attitude with an Always Be Closing mentality!

Qualifications:
Experience: 2 years of previous consumer direct lending experience
· You consistently close deals, you’re dedicated to improving your sales
· You’re a self-starter, all you need is a team behind you that will do anything in its power to support your success
· You not only want to build wealth for your family, but you got into this industry because you believe in all the benefits a mortgage can do for a family’s financial future
· Correctly calculate and analyze income, assets, and liabilities for approvals
· Communicate with wholesale lending partners and underwriters through funding
