The Bar Tender/Evening Cook is responsible for creating a warm environment for every guest of the hotel in the food and beverage department. This includes cooking, cleaning, setting up the HBar, taking down The Bar, Following laws to serve and prepare alcohol, working banquets, setting up and taking down banquet set ups.
