Food and Beverage Director
This position provides a unique, opportunity for a candidate with strong operational skills.with a combination of outstanding communication and leadership skills. Must have a passion for excellence in service, an eye for detail.
III. Job Duties
Minimum of 3 years in a high volume, 4+ star hotel.
A strong team leader who is detail orientated, creative thinker and has an outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be able to frequently lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, able to stand and walk for long periods of time and able to kneel and stoop repeatedly. A flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays will be required.
This is NOT an entry level position. Applicable for those with an upscale hotel or private club experience.
