Reporting to the Head, Total Rewards, you will be responsible for supporting our HR reporting and analytic need. We are seeking someone who knows how to run reports and dashboard in Workday but can also utilize excel when needed to generate analytics. You understand that good data integrity matters and that being able to generate these insights real time will help us support employee’s success and the success of Moderna!
Here’s What You’ll Do:
Partner with the HR team to understand their data needs and reporting requirements
Create dashboards on key HR metrics that enable design support
Optimize Workday Business Processes, so they are simple and easy to understand
Support Workday HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, talent reviews, calibration
Participate in new projects through business process design, testing and implementation
Serves as a liaison for HRIS with other functional areas including Digital/IT teams
Maintain Talent Pools; role assignments and system access
Ensure quality control through testing and debugging software for accuracy, completeness and system integrity
Assists with SOX governance framework for workday and audit requests.
Manage projects from start to finish. Track project milestones and deliverables; liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing, timely, and concise basis; proactively manage changes in project scope and devise contingency plans.
Here’s What You’ll bring to the Table:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, math, human resources or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of HRIS, finance or relevant experience.
Must be a self-directed, organized, detail-oriented, results-driven individual, with a commitment to quality and accuracy
Service-oriented approach: flexible, proactive management of expectations, unflappable in the face of change. Ability to think strategically and systemically (i.e., "connect the dots").
Creative, analytical, and results-driven orientation, demonstrated through the ability to draw conclusions from data analysis, make recommendations on findings, and communicate results effectively.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Organization and project management experience with proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and produce quality deliverables on time.
Ability to work independently, have a sense of accountability, as well as work cooperatively in a close team environment
Ability to keep confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Prior experience working with HRIS system(s); Workday experience preferred.
