Duties require basic understanding of electricity to replace lamp fixtures, bulbs, ballasts, installation and repair of emergency lights and other electrical assignments. Individual will also be responsible for maintaining, installing and repairing audio/visual equipment on site. Individual will also perform routine maintenance and repair of site wide life safety systems.
One year experience working with electricity in an industrial environment
One year experience of industrial maintenance
Candidate must be able to lift 30 lbs.
Candidate must possess a valid drivers license
Candidate must be able to operate a variety of hand and power tools
Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
Strong communication skills
Willing to work overtime when needed
Must possess outstanding safety record
Ability to work in a shop industrial environment 30 degrees to 120 degrees
Must possess basic computer skills
Basic knowledge of audio/visual equipment
