The Position: We're looking for a Program Administrator to lead and manage the overall operations of our Enhanced Behavioral Support Home in Santa Rosa, Ca.

Requirements:
Minimum (2) two-year experience providing direct care or supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Supervisory or administrative experience required.
Must be eligible for Group Home licenser in the state of California or hold a valid Adult Residential Administrator Certificate.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall management of the Enhanced Behavioral Support Home
Ensures the health, well-being, and safety of residents;
Maintains regular communication with Elwyn management, resident's conservators and other outside agency representatives;
Manages staffing and labor hours to provide high-quality supports and services; Trains and mentors direct support professional staff;
Completes Personnel actions when needed. Ensures all staff understand and follow house rules.

About the Program: An Enhanced Behavioral Supports Home (EBSH) serves adults with intellectual disabilities and co-occurring psychiatric, behavioral, and emotional challenges. An EBSH program offers a higher level of intensive services to support the challenging behaviors this population may present that cannot be managed in other types of community settings.

Additional Requirements:
Experience:
Non-profit human service experience highly preferred

Certification/ License / Education:
Must have current Registered Behavior Technician OR Licensed Psychiatric Technician OR Qualified Behavior Modification Professional licensing and certificate.
Driver's License (Required)
Must have High School Diploma or GED

Other:
Act as a "Mandated Reporter" (SOC 341), ensuring that any suspicion of or knowledge of suspected abuse is reported in accordance with the law and program policies.
Ability to complete all training as required by applicable regulations, including, but not limited to, DSP1 and DSP2, First Aid, and CPR/AED.
Complete a DOJ and FBI fingerprint and criminal clearance and a health screening, including a TB test.
Must be 21 years or older and have current, valid driver's license in the state of residence, three years

Elwyn California Residential Programs: Elwyn California provides care for people with Developmental Disabilities and skilled nursing needs via a sophisticated, state of the art, alternative model of care. People live in single-family homes, with individual bedrooms and all the typical "home-like" amenities, as opposed to having to live in larger congregate hospital-like settings.
