Job Title: Process Engineer
Reporting Relationship: Direct – Director of Engineering
Job Status: Exempt
Location: Haleyville, AL
Position Summary: Analysis, Development and Implementation of cost savings projects targeting improvements in Quality, Utilization, and Labor while continuing to improve safety within the facilities.
Principal Accountabilities:
- The ability to manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis.
- The ability to develop, manage, and communicate project plans.
- The ability to assess alternatives and make recommendations to management for capital plans.
- The desire to train, lead, and coach hourly associates on new processes
- The desire to manage Lean/Kaizen events for more effective material handling and workstation set-up.
- Poka Yoke quality process implementation at critical processes
- Develop Real Data to assess yield improvement opportunities.
- Implement reliability improvement and plant optimization systems.

Job Requirements:
Education: Engineering (Industrial, Operations, Mechanical or Electrical) preferred.
Experience: Cabinetry Assembly, Painting - >5 years,
Exposures/Knowledge: Kaizen, Lean, 5S, Visual Factory, Robotics (pick and place) and Material Handling, Poka Yoke
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
