We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our North Austin office.

We are growing our team and have an exciting opportunity for an entry-level marketing coordinator to join our North Austin TX office. We are seeking a highly organized creative detail-oriented professional to develop and produce marketing materials. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who is competent at initiating and developing relationships with internal clients; responding to time-sensitive requests for proposals and statements of qualifications; researching markets clients and projects; and coordinating efforts with other marketing staff. A detailed list of responsibilities is below.
Prepare/write engineering proposals qualifications letters reports presentations brochures award submittals and other communication items.
Facilitate coordinate and participate in kick-off meetings and proposal production activities.
Coordinate with consultant firms for teaming and gathering marketing materials.
Communicate and interact with engineers project managers and technical staff.
Coordinate other special projects such as conferences sponsorship opportunities open houses and client events.
Write project descriptions and prepare project sheets for new projects.
Coordinate meetings with engineering/planning professionals and project teams.
Research business opportunities and assist in strategy development.
Facilitate interview preparations for project teams; coordinate with graphic designers to produce presentations; and oversee final production of presentation materials.
Conduct marketing database queries as well as update and maintain project employee and client data in marketing database.
Edit/proofread technical letters reports and other materials.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
0-3 years of professional experience including experience in writing.
Attention to detail strong technical writing editing interpersonal and organizational skills.
Software proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Word.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Desired Qualifications
Experience working in Deltek Vision
AEC industry experience
English/Journalism/Communications Degree
