Short Description
Develop your skills by supporting the Herc Rentals Training and Education team as we work to support our learning management system, training and courseware to support our strategic initiatives and company growth.

Responsibilities
Learn how to administer SuccessFactors learning management system

Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs

Manage learning assignments and learning programs in the LMS

Create learning content and activities that enhance retention and job performance

Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods

Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process

Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)

Project work as assigned

Requirements
Professional Experience
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Accounting/Finance, Business Technology
Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in a business-related field preferred in Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint computer programs
Conditions of Employment
Currently enrolled in at a university with a minimum GPA of 2.5/3.0 in major
Completed a minimum of 9 credit hours in major coursework in database management, instructional design, education technology or similar.
Knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System
Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
MS Office skills
