Measuring and engineering the installation of Hurricane shutter products, Impact windows, Awnings, Interior shades and Retractable screens.

Responsibilities and Duties

Supervising teams of installers who are responsible for installing hurricane shutters, installing windows, installing awnings, installing screens, servicing and repairing hurricane shutters, screens and interior shades. Supervise city municipality inspections. Schedules and oversees the installation of production. Ensures adherence to NOA codes, contract specifications and established policies and procedures. Typically reports to top owner.

Qualifications and Skills

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in field of study related to the job. Familiar with windows, hurricane shutters, awnings, and construction. Clean driving record and a valid Florida license. Field Engineer experience a plus. Experience managing installation crews.

  • Prior knowledge in Aluminum goods
  • Knowledge or experience in the home improvement industry
  • Knowledge or experience dealing with sub-contractors
  • CRM Knowledge (will train)
  • Field Engineer experience
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish (but not necessary)
