ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Executive Assistant at Fullstack Academy, you will be responsible for the logistics and support of our 3-person Executive team. You will be responsible for managing calendars, logistical support (expense management, booking travel, and other administrative support as needed), and drafting communications on behalf of our C-team. You’ll be the face of Fullstack to guests and visitors and ensure that they have a great experience on any visit to our campus.
This role is based in our New York City headquarters and reports to our CEO.
In this role, you will:
Provide administrative and logistical support to 3-4 C-suite executives
Manage meeting requests, calendars, and prioritize accordingly
Draft email communications on behalf of our executive team, learning the nuance of each executive’s individual communication style
Provide a breadth of administrative support (booking travel, managing expenses, etc.) for our executive team
Receive and greet visitors to Fullstack Academy, ensuring they have a positive guest experience
You are a great candidate for this role if you have:
A minimum of 2 years as an Executive Assistant supporting 2+ Executive-level clients
Excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail
Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to learn to write from multiple executive voices
Track record of quickly gaining the trust of clients and maintaining the confidence of an organization's senior-most leaders
Ability to tell the difference between urgent and important, and manage demands on executives’ time accordingly
Problem solving skills, the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, as well as an ability to work cooperatively across teams
A positive and professional attitude
