Full Job Description
Mylk Labs is looking to hire a part time independent contractor (fully remote) to expand and grow our presence. Currently, the founder runs the company herself and is looking to hire an extra hand to focus on the branding, campaigns and marketing overall.
The Brand Manager is responsible for taking our values and applying it towards a strategy that will resonate well with our target market. They will provide new ideas, develop brand assets, and grow alongside the company through creative thinking and collaborative efforts.
Brand values are consistent across the board.
Align the company's branding (look and feel) when creating new content, assets and campaigns.
Provide creative feedback and ideas to take each project to the next level.
Work with an open mind and give suggestions that are beyond the industry norm.
Create brand strategies and turn the ideas into campaigns.
Manage e-commerce to increase visitors and conversion rate.
Monthly strategizies in regard to email, partnerships, blog posts, and more.
Measure and report performance of all branding campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPI).
Oversee the creative for the brand: photos, video, marketing materials, ads, blog posts, newsletters
Oversee social media: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook
Oversee brand partnerships: PR companies, influencers, etc.
Proven working experience in marketing
Team driven communication and interpersonal skills
Creative thinking that will contribute new & unique ideas
Organization and management skills
