KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Innovation Lab.
Design and facilitate effectively with team members and C-level executives in trends insights and design thinking sessions; includes agenda design, session setup, facilitation, real time capture and production of session deliverables
Build design thinking toolkit including quick reference cards and other materials
Coach and lead junior team members in building facilitation and presentation skills
Develop and manage project plans and financials
Minimum of five years of experience in designing and delivering collaborative sessions with clients including previous experience with facilitating sessions for senior leaders/clients
Bachelor's degree in business studies from an accredited college/university
Knowledge of design thinking principles and be able effectively lead design thinking sessions, and approach session design through a design thinking lens
Ability to work in an agile, adaptable, dynamic, fast-paced environment; ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity, and understand the work the team does to apply design thinking to solve complex business challenges
Ability to work on different projects and deliver high quality deliverables in committed time frames
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook, ability to learn new analytical tools
