Are you our next Storage Leasing Agent?
You are a people person, and as our Storage Leasing Agents, you will be responsible for marketing and leasing. You will focus on promoting the company's professional standards of quality. As a team player, you will assist your colleagues with special projects and administrative tasks as well as maintaining the property and maximizing
the financial returns. You are able to work a full day every Tuesday and Wednesday plus another 1/2 weekday per week, are able to be on call two nights per week and are able to fill in 20-30 extra days per year to cover for manager vacations, sick days, training days, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet self-storage customers and answer phones & email, utilizing various industry computer software
- Show & rent out storage units
- Accurately complete the lease paperwork
- Collect and apply payments
- Sweep and make ready vacant storage units
- Turn Leads and Reservations into rentals
- Ability to learn gate software, Site Link, PTI, Windows 10
- Help maintain office and property cleanliness and curb appeal
- Utilize excellent customer service skills to maintain customer relationships
- Maintain the safety and security of the facility by adhering to company policies and regulations
Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent
- Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- You have previous clerical/administrative experience and experience with office computers and software
- You have previous clerical/administrative experience and a working knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property

Hours, Pay, & Location:
20 hours a week - Tuesday & Wednesday, 1/2 day during the week. On-call two nights a week and ability to fill in 20 - 30 days per year.
Pay: $22.00 + Commision Up to $15.00 per new lease & Revenu bonuses based on NOI
