Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking to bring on an Admin/Sales Coordinator to add to their team! They are located in the Southwest Houston area.

The Admin/Sales Coordinator will be responsible for Admin/Office duties as well as assisting the Sales team when needed. This personal could eventually be promoted into a sales role.

Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing and control of office supply requirements and support services
  • Provide administrative support to Production, Quality Control, and Inventory functions
  • Develop, create, and distribute appropriate marketing materials internally and externally
  • Assist sales function with quote preparation and order processing activities
  • Prepare and distribute internal activity reports using ERP system generated data
  • Answering and directing incoming calls to appropriate personnel
