What you will do-

This technical lead position responsible for planning, designing, validating, implementing, and supporting the Stryker Emergency Care Quality Analytics Environment. The environment must facilitate the transition of the analytics process from queries by local data experts to a self-service model wherein analytical and investigative data questions can be answered by the broader staff through user use of a quality analytics platform. Other job responsibilities will range from making effective presentations to resolving detailed technical implementation questions with the user community and other technical staff for the Stryker Emergency Care Quality Analytics environment.

What you need-

Minimum Qualifications (Required) :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or other related degree
8+ years related experience (primary experience within an information system environment as an analytics developer strongly preferred)

Preferred Qualifications :
3-5+ experience deploying Power BI solutions or other Analytics platforms/ tool-sets
Experience with database design, implementation and operation
Experience with implementation of ETLs and data models to support user query needs in self-service analytics environment.
Familiar with Python, or C#
Experience guiding development projects through the IT life-cycle including installation and support
Basic understanding of data trending using basic statistical techniques.
Good written and verbal communication skills. (Ability to synthesize complex analytics initiatives into a coherent road map based on business benefit. Concurrently able to explain detail analytics designs to a diverse array of technical staff members. The preferred candidate will have experience writing physical and logical design documents which depict system operation)
Experience working in a highly regulated environment, including familiarity with GAMP 5 computer systems validation
