As the Business Office Supervisor, you will contribute to the company’s mission, vision, and values by coordinating daily operations. This includes overseeing functions of Insurance Claims Follow Up and Insurance Verification.
What you will do in this role:

You will supervise insurance verification, insurance claims follow up and collections

You will coordinate employee schedules to ensure that assigned areas are staffed
-
You will be responsible for completion of pre-certification as required by insurance plans and collections
-
You will maintain a blocked schedule list
-
You are responsible for opening and/or closing procedures
-
You serve as back up for business office positions when needed
Qualifications for this role:
-
Minimum (2) years of experience in a medical office setting highly preferred. (i.e. ambulatory surgery center, hospital, doctors office)

Lead or supervisory experience preferred

BLS may be required as per facility standard
This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
