As an Office Manager you will oversee every aspect of the office space and focus on enabling employee productivity and happiness. Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Work collaboratively to create an inclusive, productive, and fun work environment
Manage travel and expense platforms
Interface effectively with building management, driving issues to resolution
Manage office ambience and cleanliness
Oversee office budget and staff
Source vendors, negotiate contracts, and process invoices
Oversee inventory of supplies (food, cleaning, office supplies, swag)
Research and plan team activities and events (catered lunches, holiday parties)
Manage employee onboarding experience
Develop tools and playbooks to run the office smoothly
Maintain a record of office layout and equipment
Troubleshoot common IT issues

Location:

Requirements

You have 2-3 years of experience in office management.
You are comfortable with all aspects of facilities management including understanding the basic systems, interfacing with building management, and directing maintenance staff.
You are fluent with various technologies and platforms (i.e. slack, spreadsheets, databases, etc.).
You have a demonstrated ability to maintain your professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment with competing and constantly changing needs.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You act with discretion and tact when handling sensitive information.
You possess a working iOS or Android smartphone that supports Managed by Q’s mobile application.
Physical requirements may include: walking and standing during the shift, climbing stairs, bending, push and pull objects, lift and move objects (up to 50 lbs), repetitive bending and lifting, and repetitive arm movements
