Harry & David is looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our team in Medford, Oregon. The Marketing Analyst manages Google Analytics dashboards, monitors web analytics to identify site issues and assists with user experience research and usability testing. Additionally the analyst works with the User Experience team on A/B testing opportunities, such as test identification, hypothesis setting, KPI selection and goals, requirements gathering and test execution.

Manages ecommerce Google Analytics dashboards by pulling data from different sources for presentations to senior management team.
Monitors web statistics in order to optimize site KPIs including bounce, conversion, and revenue.
Performs data analysis to identify A/B testing opportunities to improve conversion and drive the project roadmap.
Works with the User Experience and digital commerce teams to conducts A/B website testing on all Harry & David web properties.
Develops hypothesis, assess potential impact of testing initiatives, coordinate execution, and read test results for all A/B tests.
Interprets data, identifies key findings, and make recommendations based on testing results.
Conduct reviews of competitive and best of breed websites, as well as current pain points of our sites to identify new opportunities for testing.
Reports findings by utilizing a wide variety of reporting methods (i.e. PowerPoint presentations, Word document reports, Excel reports, Video & Audio clips, etc.).
Assists with on-site and remote usability testing for all Harry and David web properties.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Engineering or Business Administration.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to clearly communicate data accordingly.
Strong intellectual curiosity.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Experience in web analytics or other statistical analysis.
Experience in Usability Testing for conducting usability tests a plus.
Understanding of ecommerce best practices and web conversion metrics a plus.
Prior web knowledge (experience with HTML, CSS) a plus.
Outstanding written/verbal communication skills with experience distilling and presenting complex quantitative analysis.
Ability to work in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment.
Comfortable working expediently against quick turnaround times.
Comfortable writing executive presentations of data findings/recommendations.
