KPMG is currently seeking an Associate to join our Audit Technology Operations organization.

Responsibilities:
Learn, understand, and communicate business and data definitions for all Risk Management, Independence & Audit applications
Apply a variety of analysis methods, elicitation and facilitation activities, while data modeling to garner, compose and support business requirements and underlying business logic
Align with customer support and product teams in order to troubleshoot application issues while providing excellent customer service and sharing user expertise with internal and external stakeholders
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) while monitoring key site metrics and feedback for UAT success and signoff
Investigate and document data relationships and integration data-points within applications
Help define, review and document requirements for system improvements and updates and handle the distribution of Release Notes on system configurations

Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of progressive business analysis experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Strong quantitative and analytical writing and communication skills coupled with strong critical thinking skills with ability to execute on the details
Capacity to work independently and as part of a team with the ability to communicate across various levels
Understanding of Internal Auditing Standards and risk assessment practices
