We're looking for a strategic thinker to join our eCommerce Operations team. This is a key hire in our Operations team that will help us identify areas of opportunity, design solutions to complex problems and make sure they are flawlessly executed. You will need to solve for multiple priorities (growth, efficiency, and quality) and consider various stakeholders such as customers, brand partners, product and engineering. Each week will bring you a new set of projects and challenges, where success is measured by data-driven outcomes. You will need to be able to execute multiple projects while keeping strategic perspective of what is important. You will have the opportunity to work with the leadership of the company and have the satisfaction of seeing the direct impact of your work.
Collaborate in creating strategic roadmap for operations.
Gain understanding and develop the right metrics to measure operations including shipping, payments, order management, brand performance and other elements that drive customer satisfaction.
Develop and report on KPIs to improve performance. Generate scorecards, presentations, and recommendations to drive shipping and fulfillment performance improvements.
Resolve operational and infrastructure issues.
Collaborate with engineering, product, analytics, marketing, customer care and other teams to develop, test, and execute your ideas.
Work closely with our brand partnership team to onboard new brand partners.
2-4 years work experience in analytical role; understanding of company operations or business modelling is a plus.
A track record of leveraging data for business insight.
Experience in consulting, banking or operations; MBA is a plus.
Proficient with Excel and data visualization tools to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement. Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
Strong spoken and written communication skills and experience collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.
Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
