InnovaSystems has an immediate opening for a Help Desk Specialist, Tier 1 and 2. As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you'll connect with our clients and make a difference in their day, providing technical support, troubleshooting, escalate and manage expectations, and resolving their simple technical issues. Our Help Desk Support Specialists are responsible for troubleshooting and resolution of office workstation, printers, telephone and other devices.

Typical daily tasks would include:
Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot and repair office workstations, printers, telephones and other devices.
Assist in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of enterprise software, including Microsoft Office and endpoint protection.
Monitor help desk queue and email requests and respond within acceptable timeframe.
Maintain an inventory of corporate computing assets and assignments.
Assist in developing and communicating internal processes and standards.
Develop training materials and technical documentation of internal applications.
Participate in discussions regarding efficiencies in internal processes and systems architecture.
Development and maintenance of web and desktop based custom internal applications.
Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Perform facilities responsibilities as needed to assist in keeping the office maintained.
Provide setup and support of company events and social gatherings during operating hours.

Qualifications:
Windows 10 administration
Office 365
Active Directory Administration
Hardware & software troubleshooting
Network troubleshooting (1+)
ITSM ticketing experience
ITIL (1+)
Inventory management (1+)
Desired Experience (Not required)

Azure or AWS exposure (1+) – General hands on experience.
Mac OS troubleshooting (1+)
IOS 10 and 11 (1+)
OS imaging exposure (1+) – Good
SharePoint (1+)
WebRoot (Any)
ShoreTel VoIP (Any) – General understanding of VoIP
Conference room AV technology troubleshooting
VPN exposure
Any Microsoft certification relevant to Information Technology.
Any Cisco certification relevant to Information Technology.
Requires at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
